About Brent Willis

Brent’s journey began in the United States Army, where he rose from the rank of Second Lieutenant to Captain. His military service was marked by leadership roles within the First Cavalry Division and top-secret initiatives as the Future Concepts Officer for Air Defense.
His dedication and service earned him numerous decorations, including two Meritorious Service Medals and two Army Commendation Medals.
Transitioning from the military to the corporate world, Brent brought with him the discipline and strategic thinking that had served him well in the army. He began his business career at Kraft- Heinz, where he spearheaded the launch of the Kraft Brand in China and led several brands and businesses around the globe.
His leadership prowess was further demonstrated during his tenure at The Coca-Cola Company. As a President in Latin America, Brent led the company’s largest turnaround in history, achieving an impressive 75% market share.
Brent’s strategic acumen was on full display when he served as the Chief Commercial Officer, Zone President, and a Board Member at AB InBev. He was instrumental in developing and implementing the strategy and business plans that transformed Interbrew into the world’s largest beer company, leading to a significant increase in EBITDA margin and a 400% appreciation in share price.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Brent has shown a deep commitment to social change. He founded the Alianza Social in Latin America, an organization aimed at combating poverty and other social issues. His efforts have led to the creation of over 30,000 micro-empresas, the donation of more than 1 million books to combat illiteracy, and the creation of alternative income opportunities to counter the drug trade in Venezuela and Colombia. These efforts earned him the Presidential Medal of Exemplary Service.
In recent years, Brent has served as the CEO of Vaya Space, an emerging leader in the small satellite space launch and defense missile sectors, and as the CEO of NewAge, Inc., a global healthy and organic products company. He was recognized as CEO Innovator of the Year in 2021 and was selected as a Global Ambassador by the Green Organisation in 2022.
Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
